Also, if using human herbal supplements how to measure dosage for a 50lb dog? Thank you!

Yeast Infection Suggestions for Your Dog

Hi,

To address a yeast infection you will have to follow a protocol to do this. This generally consists of 4 steps. Here they are:

1 - Reduce or eliminate the yeast microorganism.

2 - Support the body's main detoxifying organs ( liver/kidneys )

3 - Reset the gut microbiome

4 - Assist the body's waste elimination process

You can do this with specific anti-fungal herbs, probiotics and enzymes.

Also you will have to make sure that your dog's diet is NOT feeding the yeast micro organisms. If you are feeding kibble, it would be wise to stop this and consider a raw diet... meat/bones/organs/fish/egg.

Generally, supplement guidelines if using capsules would be one capsule per 25 lbs of body weight a day. Although I usually like to adjust these guidelines depending on the dog's individual health circumstances. There is no ' one size fits all '.
