What is Muscle Testing?
Muscle testing is a method of analyzing the body's structural, physical, and nutritional needs. It is sometimes called Applied Kinesiology or Contact Reflex Analysis. This method of analysis can be used for people and animals. Here's how it works to detect nerve energy.
Muscle testing provides a simple, safe and accurate way to uncover the root of a health problem. It will also provide the answers for correcting that health problem. The body's own nerve reflexes are used to do this by working through the body's energy field, determining weakened, imbalanced, stressed areas. The body systems and individual organs are tested for toxicity infections metabolic function emotional imbalances A chain is only as strong as it's weakest link. So is your body only as strong as it's weakest area. If you were to look at your cells under a microscope, you would see that they are constantly moving. Whenever there is movement, there is energy radiating outward. The body is a mass of moving cells. Therefore, we all have an energy field surrounding us.
To help you visualize this, think of 'Pig Pen' in the Snoopy cartoons. He has a cloud of dirt around him all the time. We have an energy field around us all the time. We are all born with genetic weaknesses. Because of this, we will have holes in our energy field. The Nervous System consists of hundreds of miles of nerves. These nerves carry electrical energy and connect with every organ, gland, muscle and tissue in the body. There are approximately seventy five known reflex points on the skin, which represent various organs, glands and bone structures. When the body becomes ill, there is an interruption of nerve energy to these reflex points. When the body is healthy, nerve energy is free flowing. When a deficiency at any point is discovered, exact structural and/or nutritional support can be given to the body, to help it recover. Most health disorders share the same root cause. That is, improper body function brought on by A great degree of accuracy is possible with muscle testing. It will even uncover deficiencies at a sub-clinical level. That is when the health problem is so tiny the person may not even be aware of it.
How is Muscle Testing Done?
There are several different ways. Here is an easy method that almost everyone can do, with a little practice. Look at this picture.
Using the hand that is most comfortable for you, put the middle finger on top of the index finger. You must ask a question that will give a yes or no answer. Press down with the middle finger while resisting up with the index finger. If the index finger is strong, the middle finger will stay in place. This is a yes answer. If the middle finger falls off, or slips, this is a no answer. The difference in the feeling of strong and weak can be very subtle. You might have to practice this for a while to get the hang of it. I especially like this method for testing animals, because I don't need another person to help. Simply put your other hand on the dog and ask your question. For example...does this dog have candida? Muscle testing is a wonderful tool. The body will tell you exactly where it is weak, stressed or unbalanced. You just have to ask it. The body will tell you exactly where the problem is. With muscle testing there is no guess work as to what the body needs to become healthy. In my experience, animals are usually very interested in, and cooperative during, this process. They somehow just seem to know that you are trying to help them. That is what makes working with pets, so satisfying. They are able to go with the flow.
